Door 01. Build It.

Nothing exists yet. Let’s build it properly.

Some problems don’t have an existing system to fix, because there isn’t one. That’s a different job: designing something from nothing, built around how the work actually happens rather than how a template assumes it happens.

How it works.

Plainly.

  1. 1 Define exactly what the system needs to do. And just as importantly, what it doesn’t.
  2. 2 Build it around your actual workflow, not a generic best-practice template.
  3. 3 Hand it over working, so you keep using it without needing me back every week.
As built.

What this looks like in practice.

a · a system from scratch A HubSpot applicant tracker built from nothing, so no candidate falls through a gap between inbox, spreadsheet and memory again.
b · an automation built A FileMaker automation that runs a twelve-step daily sequence end to end, on schedule, without anyone remembering to start it.
c · a tool built A Webflow CMS rebuilt around the team’s real workflow, so content updates happen in-house in minutes, not a developer week.
